Quid Pro Quo?

Well, Sai's apparently made a terrible, terrible error of judgement and accused Eve X of shoplifting - but they can't find the proof, not even after a thorough strip search, interrogation and spanking!

Eve X is understandably outraged, and Sai tries to find a solution that doesn't involve the press, or the police... Perhaps a fair trade deal...?

Eve X is very open to the idea, and takes to the task with relish, making Sai strip off their pants and prepare themselves to accept an appropriate level of compensatory punishment...

Unfortunately it seems that Sai can't help but be a brat, from the utterly insincere nature of their apology to egging Eve X on in their spanking, strapping and hitting Sai with books.

Perhaps this was all part of Sai's cunning plan in the first place? Maybe, but by the end of the VERY thorough beating Sai is barely capable of holding themselves up, let alone any kind of conversation.

However, it seems that there were some cunning plans on Eve's side too...
